What to Expect
Once you have purchased The Design Session, you will receive a consultation questionnaire within 24 hours, along with instructions for uploading photographs of your space.
After reviewing your completed questionnaire and images, we will contact you to arrange your consultation at a time that is convenient for you. All consultations are conducted online unless you are located within a reasonable distance for an in-person appointment.
Following the consultation, you will receive your Design Session plan within 7 working days, which you can then implement at your own pace.

Once you have purchased the Signature Room Design, you will receive a consultation questionnaire within 24 hours, along with instructions for uploading images of your space.
After reviewing your completed questionnaire and images, we will contact you to arrange your discovery consultation at a time that suits you. All consultations are conducted online unless you are located within a reasonable distance for an in-person appointment.
Following your consultation, you will receive a bespoke inspiration board designed to capture the vision, style, and direction of your project, ensuring we are fully aligned before moving forward with your full Signature Room Design.
Your completed design concept, including all recommendations and design details, will be delivered within 14 working days. This may vary depending on the scope of the project.

What to Expect
Once you have purchased the Signature Home Design, you’ll receive your consultation questionnaire within 24 hours, along with simple instructions for uploading photographs, floor plans and any other relevant details about your home.
Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll be in touch to arrange your discovery consultation at a convenient time. This is an opportunity to explore your space, style, priorities and how you would like your home to feel.
Following your consultation, we’ll create a bespoke inspiration board and initial design proposal, carefully tailored to establish the overall vision, style and direction for your home. Your proposal will also outline the total cost for your complete home design, which will be individually tailored depending on the overall size, scope and requirements of your project.
The £295 initial design fee covers your discovery consultation and bespoke design proposal. If you choose to move forward with the full Signature Home Design service, the £295 will be deducted from your total project fee.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll begin developing your complete home design concept, with tailored room-by-room recommendations including layouts, colour palettes, finishes, furniture, lighting and considered design details.
Your completed design will be delivered within an agreed project timeframe, based on the size and scope of your home.
